Enjoy light refreshments and drinks, a silent auction, and time to network. Then listen to Lori Yearwood, a national speaker and housing crisis reporter whose articles and essays have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Mother Jones, Slate, and many other publications.

A reporter for The Economic Hardship Reporting Project and a recipient of the 2022 Yale Fellowship at Poynter Institute for Journalism, Lori’s work focuses on the coping mechanisms and resilience of her sources, her own devastating experience with homelessness – and the societal causes and context of those continuing to struggle with abject poverty in America.

There will be a 15-minute Q&A at the end of Lori’s Mohawk presentation.
